Bath Bomb Day – celebrated annually on April 27th – traces back to the brand that started it all. Lush Co-Founder and Manufacturing Director, Mo Constantine OBE, who was awarded the trademark after inventing the bath bomb in the late 1980s (in a garden shed no less), has since turned a simple soak into a recognised beauty ritual.
What began in that garden shed has grown into a global phenomenon: more than 20 million Lush bath bombs are sold worldwide each year, with some 78 created every minute!
While the water may be clouded with vibrant hues, the Lush bathing experience is transparent.
