Negroni Month 2025: Sustainable Sips at The Lana

3 mins

Taking place for the entire month of September, guests can sip on 12 unique Negroni recipes across Riviera by Jean Imbert, High Society, Bitter Honey, and Jara by Martín Berasategui for only AED 105

This September, The Lana, Dorchester Collection in Dubai, is raising a glass to Italy’s most iconic cocktail with a celebration of Negroni Month.

Partnering with the iconic brand Campari, guests can sip inventive twists on the classic across four of its venues – Riviera by Jean Imbert, High Society, Bitter Honey, and Jara by Martín Berasategui, for just AED 105 each.

Guests can expect some of the following specially curated cocktails.

Negroni Month Specials

Riviera by Jean Imbert: Three takes on the Negroni, from the crisp Ti Aspetto to the fruity Arrogante and the port-laced Peccatore.

High Society: Cocktails inspired by myths, sipped against sweeping skyline views, with flavours stretching from banana and pimento to citrusy yuzu.

Bitter Honey: A hidden hideaway serving twists like a parmesan-infused Negroni, smoky mezcal with chili heat, and the refreshingly bitter La Vita Amara.

Jara by Martín Berasategui: Think unique concoctions involving truffle tequila, squid-ink gin, and shiitake mushrooms.

La Vita Amara elevates the classic Negroni with classic Bitter Honey flair.

From banana-tinged MAI’A at High Society to shiitake-infused Forest Negroni at Jara, these Negroni Month cocktails show that luxury drinks can be about quality and storytelling instead of mass-market volume.

The Cocktail’s Eco-Creds

But beyond the glamour of Campari-tinted cocktails and skyline views, there’s a sustainability story. The star ingredient, Campari, comes from a group that has committed to achieving net zero by 2050, while also committing to eliminate all landfill waste from direct operations by 2025.

Plus, The Lana, Dubai’s newest gem from the Dorchester Collection, is more than just a pretty building. Designed by Foster + Partners to maximise natural light and energy efficiency, the building also uses landscaped terraces to help with cooling. Inside, the hotel’s wider eco-initiatives, from eliminating single-use plastics to refillable amenities, give this property a lighter footprint.
