The Goat Festival makes its debut at Terra on 25 and 26 October and again on 1 and 2 November, bringing two weekends of nature-fuelled fun that’s as adorable as it is unexpected.
A Hive of Hope: Jane Goodall Opens Dubai Bee Sanctuary Running from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, this indoor and outdoor experience is designed with families in mind. Tickets are AED 50 for both adults and children, with free entry for under-threes, making it an easy win for a full day of meaningful fun.
Set across Terra’s leafy courtyard and rooftop garden, the festival combines light-hearted animal encounters with hands-on creativity and eco-minded discovery. The stars of the show, five playful pygmy goats, now live at Terra and play a surprising role in keeping its gardens healthy. Join a guided walk every 30 minutes to meet them up close and learn about the important connection between animals, land, and sustainability.
Young visitors can make goat masks, bookmarks, and footprint art, plant their own mini gardens, and drop into the ‘Be the GOAT’ game zone for self-led fun. Families will also have the chance to experience a Rescue Animal Encounter, where they can meet and learn about rescued and rehabilitated animals, adding an extra touch of compassion and connection to the day.
