Commercial talent-spotters McCabe + Partners, based in Dubai’s Sustainable City, have been rewarded for their high social and environmental performance levels, commitment to diversity and equality, and support for charities.
The executive search and talent advisory firm, has become the first B Corp-certified business in the MENA region in its sector.

Currently seven businesses in the UAE have achieved this status. Internationally, there are 6,700 certified B Corporations across 90 countries and 160 industries.

McCabe + Partners, with a sincere commitment to minimising their business’s negative impact on people and the planet, has implemented rigorous policies and procedures. These measures aim to ensure that every facet of their business model contributes positively, a validation confirmed by B Lab, the non-profit organisation overseeing the certification process.
The company donate five per cent of revenue to supporting children’s charities around the world and five per cent of staff time is donated pro-bono with more than half purchases spent with local suppliers and female-owned businesses. Its main workplace at The SEE Institute in Sustainable City, is a 100 per cent renewable energy-powered building.
Demonstrating their dedication to UNSDG5 Gender Equality, McCabe + Partners has made executive hires where over 55 per cent are females or individuals of colour. This strategic action aligns with their goal of enhancing female representation in boardrooms. In tandem, their support for UNSDG4 Quality Education is exemplified through contributions to children’s charities like The Larchfield School, an orphanage in Tanzania. This charitable initiative provides education and shelter to those in need, aligning with the company’s commitment to making a positive impact on education and society at large.
