The RIPE Market has long been known for championing homegrown brands and supporting local food entrepreneurs in the UAE, so when a new Ramadan concept launches with RIPE Market retail partners, expectations are high.
This year, Moonlight Market is set to light up The Plaza at Uptown Dubai throughout the Holy Month, transforming the space into an evening destination for post-iftar wandering.
Operated by 7 Management in partnership with DMCC, the month-long open-air market will offer a mix of food, retail, live entertainment and low-key activities. Think board games such as chess and Jenga, alongside creative workshops, food stalls, and curated pop-ups.

Open daily from 5pm during Ramadan (until midnight on weekdays and 2am on weekends), Moonlight Market positions itself as an after-sunset gathering spot — somewhere to meet friends, browse independent brands and spend time in the cool February evening air.
Food vendors include familiar UAE favourites such as Salt, Freat, Goodies, Desert and Chill and Lana Lusa, alongside a selection of retail brands from RIPE Market spanning fashion, homeware and gifting.
If it delivers on spotlighting local creativity – something we all know and love about RIPE market– then Moonlight Market could become one of this season’s best Ramadan night stops.
