LOWE and Talabat Mart Launch MICHELIN-Level Menu Celebrating UAE Produce

The MICHELIN-awarded restaurant’s latest collaboration with Talabat Mart champions UAE farmers, lower-waste cooking and ingredients good enough for one of the city’s top kitchens

Dubai’s dining scene loves imported luxury ingredients, but LOWE is taking things in a more local direction.

The Green MICHELIN Star restaurant has teamed up with Talabat for a limited-time menu built around handpicked produce sourced through Talabat Mart, with a big focus on UAE-grown ingredients, lower-waste cooking and celebrating regional farms.

Running until May 31, the collaboration shines a spotlight on seasonal produce and the careful ingredient sourcing associated with high-end restaurant kitchens rather than grocery delivery apps. The idea is to prove that local, everyday ingredients can still create seriously good food.

Dishes include roasted curried pumpkin layered with sesame yoghurt, sautéed cabbage, pickled mustard and onion, alongside kingfish (or cauliflower for vegetarians) steaks finished with herbs and broad beans. Dessert comes as a camel milk and Medjool date panna cotta with caramelised figs, berry compote and candied nuts.

Known for its fire-led cooking and ingredient-first philosophy, Lowe has created a menu that lets the produce do the talking.

‘Great cooking starts with great produce,’ says Ali Shiddique, Head Chef at LOWE. ‘So the quality of the ingredients is everything. What stood out with Talabat Mart was the intention behind the selection process, particularly when it came to the freshness of local produce. This collaboration gave us the opportunity to create a menu that really let those ingredients shine while staying true to our philosophy.’

And if one dinner isn’t enough, you can also recreate some of the dishes at home. Recipe bundles featuring the same ingredients used by LOWE will be available through Talabat Mart into June.

Available for both lunch and dinner, the menu runs from 12pm to 4pm and 6pm to 11pm, with dishes priced from AED52 to AED100 whether dining in or ordering delivery.

The collaboration is available from 20th – 31st May (from 12pm- 4pm; 6pm-11pm). The recipe bundles on talabat mart will be available into June.
