The addition, which includes fresh, locally sourced ingredients – including produce from their on-site hydroponic plant – allows the restaurant to cater to diverse dietary preferences, reflecting the evolving ethical choices of consumers both locally and around the world.
Highlights of the vegetarian set menu -another addition to Anantara the Palm Dubai Resort’s sustainability commitments – includes Organic Butternut Squash & Al Ain Tomato Bisque, topped with lovage and pistachio pesto, showcasing some of the region’s finest vegetables.

For those seeking a sweet-savoury experience, the Roasted Peaches on Grilled Sourdough pairs goat labneh and Manuka honey with peach salsa, while the Swede Fondant with Mentsuyu Glaze offers a medley of hydroponic baby kale, prune relish and toasted cashew nuts, sprinkled with taro hay for a little extra crunch.

Sweet toothed customers will love the Salted Caramel Cheesecake in a glass jar finale, a decadent dessert layered with no-bake cheesecake and drizzled with salted caramel sauce.
