Azure Beach in Dubai has introduced ‘Iced Mondays,’ a wellness experience to help you start your week feeling rejuvenated. Every Monday, guests are invited to a holistic morning of guided breathwork, an invigorating ice bath, and a mindful breakfast, all set against the backdrop of Dubai’s JBR beachfront.
Ease into the morning at 9am with an expert led breathwork session. Here, guests learn techniques to steady their breathing and mentally prepare for the ice bath. Following this, participants enter the ice bath – a therapy known for improved circulation, reduced inflammation, and mental clarity. The feeling of the cold water, along with controlled breathing exercises, creates a moment of challenge and calm.
After the ice bath, guests are treated to a healthy breakfast that includes a selection of ‘PURE by Monin’ cocktails and mocktails, crafted to support recovery and wellness.
The entire experience, including all-day beach access, is offered at AED 200 per person, so after braving the ice bath (because let’s be honest, relaxation isn’t exactly its forte!), you can unwind on the beach and enjoy sun-soaked vibes for the rest of the day.
