No iftar at Anantara The Palm Dubai would be complete without a quick stop at the live chaat station. Expect a freshly prepared flavourful pop of crispy fried-dough wafers stuffed with chickpeas, boiled potatoes, yogurt and tamarind and coriander chutneys. Yum!
Veggie loving guests can also choose from a wider assortment of Indian dishes, including sag aloo and tandoori paneer or opt for European dishes, including meat-free pasta offerings.
