The company’s achievements were celebrated in two distinct categories: ‘Best Sustainable Residential Development’ for The Sustainable City Dubai and ‘Best Public Service Development’ for Sanad Village, highlighting its excellent efforts to advance sustainable development in the region.

Since opening their doors, they have seen a 78 per cent reduction in carbon footprint per capita, an 89 per cent diversion of waste from landfills, and a 40 per cent decrease in water consumption compared to regional averages.
Notably, The Sustainable City boasts full occupancy, with 3,000 residents from 65 nationalities living in the region’s inaugural operational sustainable development.
The groundbreaking concept is being replicated in other key locations such as Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, and Yiti in Oman, with a robust pipeline of additional projects poised to transform cities worldwide.
