If your idea of the perfect weekend morning involves good food, great company and a little sunshine, Elevenses at The Beam might just become your new favourite ritual.
Nestled in Le Royal Meridien Beach Resort & Spa, The Beam by Chef Nick Alvis offers a leafy garden terrace and with a bright, neighbourhood feel. It’s the kind of place where breakfast can effortlessly turn into brunch.
The à la carte Elevenses menu strikes a balance between wholesome and luxurious. Start light with the Granola Trio – citrus yoghurt topped with strawberry and basil, banana and blueberry, or fig and apple – or go all in with a comforting Scrambled Eggs on grilled sourdough baguette, with a hint of truffle and crème fraîche. For something a little more upmarket, the Beam Benedict is a showstopper of baked crumpet, crispy hen’s egg and rich Béarnaise sauce. There’s also a all in fry up available, vegetarian options are available on request.

And because it’s the weekend, diners can upgrade their morning with free-flowing Laurent Perrier champagne or signature cocktails, adding just the right amount of fizz to start the day.
Soak up the wonderful winter sun outdoors, catch up with friends over mimosas, or linger inside The Beam’s effortlessly chic interiors.
Elevenses at The Beam runs every Saturday from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Packages start at Ð 95 for unlimited tea, coffee and fresh juices, Ð 180 for free-flowing cocktails, and Ð 375 for free-flowing Laurent Perrier.
